Group & Private Coaching
The aims of the Move-Assure Coaching sessions are to provide you with Motivation, Support, Information and Education as you progress through the Move-Assure 20-week Dance for Mental Wellbeing programme.
Move-Assure Coaches
Move-Assure Coaching sessions are led by qualified Move-Assure Coaches.
All Move-Assure Coaches are experienced wellbeing practitioners and have completed the Move-Assure training programme.
Move-Assure Coaches understand the relationship between how we move, and how we think, feel, and connect with others.
You may have the opportunity to select a Move-Assure Coach based on their background and specialism. For example, some of our coaches have specialisms in clinical practice, therapy and/or counselling and others have specialisms in business and employee wellbeing.
Coaching Themes
Move-Assure Coaching sessions provide general wellbeing support based around the Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Tips and Toolkit, and the NHS’s Five Steps to Mental Wellbeing.
In addition, Move-Assure Coaching sessions include topics related to psychological skills, such as motivation, goal setting, and mindset.
Move-Assure Coaching sessions are designed to help you move your mind – they are not physical movement sessions.
Group Coaching
Move-Assure Group Coaching sessions are held weekly online – giving you the opportunity to meet other people who are dancing their way to improved wellbeing with Move-Assure.
You will have the opportunity to select a day and time for Move-Assure Group Coaching from a range of options.
Each Move-Assure Group Coaching session is held on Zoom and lasts for 30 minutes.
There is no obligation to turn on your camera during Move-Assure Group Coaching sessions.
Private Coaching
Move-Assure Private Coaching sessions are held weekly online – giving you the oppportunity to build a professional and suppportive relationship with one of our expert coaches.
You will have the opportunity to arrange mutually convenient times to meet with your coach.
Each Move-Assure Private Coaching session is held on Zoom and lasts up to 45 minutes.
There is no obligation to turn on your camera during Move-Assure Private Coaching sessions.
