Group Coaching

Group Coaching sessions are led by qualified Movement in Practice Facilitators. Group coaching sessions are held weekly online. You will have the opportunity to select a day and time for group coaching from a range of options. The group coaching sessions focus on providing general wellbeing support based around the NHS's Five Steps to Mental Wellbeing. In addition, the group coaching sessions will include topics related to psychological skills, such as motivation, goal setting, and mindset.
