What is Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coaching?
Group coaching sessions provide general wellbeing support to people as they progress through the Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing programme. The content of the group coaching sessions is based around the NHS’s Five Steps to Mental Wellbeing. In addition, the group coaching sessions include topics related to psychological skills, such as motivation, goal setting, and mindset.
Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Group Coaching sessions can be used with groups of individuals, such as, Employee Wellbeing Programs, Primary Care Networks, Dance Organisations, Charities, Voluntary Organisations, Social Prescribers, and providers of Mental Health Services.
Move-Assure run two types of Group Coaching sessions: Public Groups and Bespoke Groups.
Public Coaching Groups are held weekly on different days and at different times – to suite people’s time-zone and lifestyle. Public groups are held online and are open to anyone – which means groups of individuals can meet like-minded people in a supportive environment who are also focused on getting their wellbeing back by using movement and dance.
Bespoke Coaching Groups are created around client needs and can be held online or live in-person. For example, we can create a Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coaching group for someone who is a GP, Social Prescriber, or who runs an employee wellbeing programme, just for their patients, participants, or employees.
Group Coaching sessions are led by a qualified Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coach.
Qualified Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coaches can also run Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing coaching sessions alongside their own Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing programmes.
