Private Coaching

Private Coaching sessions are led by qualified Movement in Practice Facilitators. Private coaching sessions are held weekly online. You will have the opportunity to select a day and time for private coaching from a range of options. The private coaching sessions focus on providing general wellbeing support based around the NHS's Five Steps to Mental Wellbeing. In addition, the private coaching sessions will include topics related to psychological skills, such as motivation, goal setting, and mindset.
