Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing Coaching sessions can be booked on a per session basis. Once you have selected a coaching session, click on the “Going” button and then pay the appropriate fee. You will receive an email with a zoom link, which you can use to access the session.
Move-Assure Group Coaching sessions are held online – giving you the opportunity to meet other people who are dancing their way to improved wellbeing with Move-Assure.
We offer free Move-Assure Coaching as part of our in-house coach training programme. All trainee coaches are supervised by qualified Move-Assure coaches.
