Mental wellbeing is at the heart of Move-Assure. That is why we have created a set of resources to help you maintain, or regain, your mental wellbeing.
The Move-Assure Mental Wellbeing resources have been curated by Lindsey Lovatt, our Director of Mental Wellbeing, who has over 30 years experience working in mental health settings.

- Twenty Weekly Wellbeing Tips, presented by Dame Darcey Bussell, to help you build a personal and meaningful mental wellbeing toolkit.
- Access to the Move-Assure Coaching Calender, so that you can take part in group coaching sessions to help you think about your mental wellbeing on a regular basis and to help you stay motivated to achieve your goals.
