Individuals

Move-Assure is for anyone who wants to improve their mental wellbeing through movement and dance.
You can sign up as an individual member and join the worldwide community of Move-Assure dancers online.
If you’d like extra motivation and support you can join our weekly coaching programme, either as part of a group or for private 1-2-1 coaching.
Employee Wellbeing Programs

Employee wellbeing is one of the key emerging environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues for companies. The cost of poor mental wellbeing is posing an operational risk to businesses.
According to Deloitte (2021) “…businesses with good employee well-being programs significantly outperform companies listed on the S&P 500 index.”
The Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing programme can help organisations create opportunities, accountability and transparency around employee wellbeing.
Primary Care Networks

Many people suffer with mental wellbeing issues and access their local health services (such as GP practices) for support.
The Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing programme can be commissioned by Primary Care Networks or individual healthcare providers to help supply services to large numbers of people.
Our 20-week programme, featuring online dance sessions with group or private coaching, contributes to joined-up physical and mental wellbeing.
Social Prescribers

The Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing Programme can be used to support social prescribing referrals.
We work closely and collaboratively with commissioners, social prescribing link workers and partners.
Move-Assure can play an important part in the development of a person’s co-produced personalised plan, based on what matters to the individual, especially for individuals who want to improve their mental wellbeing using movement and dance.
Mental Health Services

The Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing programme can be used as an intervention as part of a person’s care plan in a range of mental health settings.
Move-Assure can be incorporated into psychological therapies services (such as IAPT), group work, in-patient units and acute mental health settings.
The Move-Assure Dance for Mental Wellbeing programme can complement mental wellbeing packages offered by charities and voluntary organisations.
